Jamaát Ahmadiyya South Australia participated in Australia Day Parade with great enthusiasm.
Jamaát Ahmadiyya South Australia also organised Australia day Celebrations at Mahmood Mosque on 27th January. Non Ahmadi guests along with few dignitaries were also invited. The event started with the recitation of Holy Quran and its English translation followed by the introduction of jamaat. A documentary was played carrying the Message of Peace by Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmed (aba).
Seventeen Australian guests including Michael Atkinson, Member of Parliament for Croydon, Ms Kirsten Alexander, Mayor of the City of Charles Sturt, Mr Lachlan Clyne, Mayor of the City of Unley, Dr Joseph Masika representing Mr Hieu Van Le Chairman SAMEAC, councillors, neighbours, members of different religious and ethnic communities participated in this program. Australian speakers admired the loyalty and patriotism of our Jamaát shown through these celebrations.
